MetaMiner
MetaMiner performs large-scale peptidogenomics to identify ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptides (RiPPs) by searching mass spectrometry spectra against genomic and metagenomic data for natural product discovery.

- Expansion of RiPP chemical diversity: Enables detection of RiPPs with unknown post-translational modifications to broaden candidates for antibiotic and bioactive compound discovery.
