MorphoCatcher

MorphoCatcher identifies taxon-specific polymorphic regions in orthologous genes and viral genomes to guide design of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primers for nucleic acid detection in agricultural and medical diagnostics and integrates with PrimerExplorer (Eiken Chemical Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan).
