Mouse Phenome Database
Mouse Phenome Database provides a centralized repository of primary per-animal phenotype data from laboratory mice, including naïve and drug- or environment-exposed animals, with curated protocols, ontology-based annotations, and tools to support genome–phenome and trait association analyses.
