Multilayer Extraction
Multilayer Extraction identifies densely connected vertex-layer communities in multilayer networks using a significance-based score, implemented as an R package, to detect statistically significant, potentially overlapping communities across binary or weighted layers by comparison to a fixed degree random graph model.
