N-GlycositeAtlas
N-GlycositeAtlas provides a comprehensive database of human N-linked glycoproteins and mapped N-glycosylation sites to support mass spectrometry-based glycoproteomic analysis.

- Extensive Data Collection: Compiles over 30,000 glycosite-containing peptides representing more than 14,000 N-glycosylation sites from more than 7,200 distinct N-glycoproteins, aggregated from over 100 publications and unpublished laboratory datasets.
- Comprehensive Coverage: Includes data from human-derived tissues, body fluids, and cell lines to enable distribution analyses across cells, tissues, and body fluids.
- Sub-database Organization: Organized into 22 sub-databases each associated with individual tissues or body fluids to support targeted and comparative studies.
- Mass Spectrometry-based Mapping: Indexes glycosite-containing peptides identified as de-glycosylated forms by mass spectrometry to enable precise mapping of N-linked glycosylation sites.
