NIPTeR performs analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data for non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) by reducing sample variability, performing quality-control assessments, characterizing non-trisomy control groups, and applying trisomy prediction algorithms to determine fetal trisomies.
