NPInter v4.0

NPInter v4.0 provides a curated database of experimentally validated interactions between noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) and other biomolecules to support studies of ncRNA-mediated regulation and disease associations.


Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Interaction Data: Integrates over 600,000 newly identified experimentally validated ncRNA interactions from high-throughput interactome studies.
  • ncRNA–DNA Interactions: Includes ncRNA–DNA interactions derived from ChIRP-seq data to document genomic-level regulation by ncRNAs.
  • Circular RNA Interactions: Incorporates interactions involving circular RNAs to expand coverage of ncRNA regulatory mechanisms.
  • Disease Association Annotations: Annotates interacting molecules with disease associations to enable investigation of ncRNA links to disease.
  • Additional Functional Modules: Provides modules for data analysis and visualization to support downstream computational analyses.
