OliveR performs multivariate analysis of morphometric, biochemical, and genetic data for Olea europaea L. populations from Southern Italy, integrating measurements of drupes and leaves, fatty acid composition of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and microsatellite marker data to characterize biodiversity and spatial patterns.
