PIRD stores and organizes annotated immunoglobulin (IG), B cell receptor (BCR), and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing data to enable analysis of adaptive immune repertoires.

• Annotated repertoire data: Repository of annotated TCR and BCR/IG sequencing data across vertebrate species, including humans.
• Raw and processed sequences: Collection of both raw and processed IG and TCR sequences derived from diverse phenotypes.
• High-throughput sequencing support: Storage and integration of high-throughput immune repertoire sequencing data.
• Manually curated TBAdb: Inclusion of TBAdb, a manually curated database of TCRs and BCRs targeting known antigens.
• Sample-level information: Detailed information associated with individual samples within the database.
• Hosted within CNGBdb: Located within the China National GeneBank (CNGBdb) infrastructure.
