PN-BOTTM organizes and standardizes oncology patient navigation program data to support navigation tasks, service improvement, research, and reporting.

Methodology:

Phase I comprised a national online survey of 343 PN staff; Phase II involved pilot testing a prototype with nine PN programs; quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed, including emergent-theme analysis of open-response survey fields and interviews to refine the tool.
