PhySpeTree

PhySpeTree reconstructs phylogenetic species trees for bacterial, archaeal, and eukaryotic organisms by automating genomic data retrieval, sequence cleaning, and complementary concatenated conserved-protein and small subunit ribosomal RNA–based inference for evolutionary analyses.
