Quetzal

Quetzal provides a C++ library for constructing spatially explicit, coalescence-based population genetics simulators and embedding them within Approximate Bayesian Computation (ABC) inference frameworks to model population growth, migration, and genetic diversity responses to explicit environmental factors.
