RANKS
The software tool RANKS is a flexible package designed for ranking nodes based on a given label property. It offers an efficient and user-friendly implementation of kernelized score functions and semi-supervised algorithmic schemes for the analysis of biomolecular networks. RANKS can be applied to various bioinformatics tasks such as automated protein function prediction, gene disease prioritization, and drug repositioning.
