Ramf

Ramf is an open-source R package that helps researchers in the life science community, mainly those studying mycorrhiza, analyze and visualize their data more transparently. The package enables users to create publication-ready plots and perform statistical analyses without the need for extensive R programming skills.

Key features of Ramf include:

1. Generating various plots, such as box and scatter plots, to display data distributions and individual data points, moving away from the traditional use of mean values in bar charts.

2. Providing a user-friendly interface for researchers unfamiliar with R programming, making it easier for them to analyze and visualize their data.

3. Offering custom-made functions for analyzing and displaying quantitative root colonization by arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi can also be applied to other data types with a similar format.
