SACMES

SACMES processes and monitors high-volume electrochemical data in real time for analysis of voltammetric (square-wave, cyclic) and chronoamperometric sensor measurements across point-of-care and wearable platforms.

Key Features:

  • Modular architecture: A modular design that enables extension and customization of processing components for different electrochemical workflows.
  • Real-time processing and dynamic parameter adjustment: Real-time data processing with support for dynamic adjustment of analysis parameters including signal/noise processing and baseline correction.
  • Support for diverse electrochemical techniques: Native handling of voltammetric data (square-wave and cyclic voltammetry) and chronoamperometric measurements.
  • Continuous and single-measurement data handling: Capable of processing both continuous monitoring (wearable) and single-measurement point-of-care electrochemical datasets at high volume.

Scientific Applications:

  • Aptamer-based measurements: Real-time analysis of electrochemical signals from aptamer-based sensors for small-molecule detection.
  • Monoclonal antibody detection: Processing data from DNA-scaffold sensors used to detect monoclonal antibodies in immunological assays.
  • Protein folding thermodynamics: Analysis of folding thermodynamics for redox-reporter-modified proteins attached to electrodes.

Methodology:

Real-time control, processing, and visualization of electrochemical data; signal/noise processing and baseline correction; handling of voltammetric (square-wave, cyclic) and chronoamperometric data.
