SCryPTA
SCryPTA analyzes small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) data to characterize crystallographic properties of lyotropic liquid crystals and nanoparticle internal phases such as cubosomes, hexosomes, and multi-lamellar vesicles.
Key Features:
- Data Interpretation and Visualization: Provides visualization of SAXS scattering curves to support interpretation of structural features.
- Calculation of Physical Parameters: Calculates lattice parameters of crystal structures and lipidic bilayer widths from SAXS data.
- Support for Multiple Crystal Structures: Supports characterization of cubic phases Pn3m (Q224), Fd3m (Q227), Im3m (Q229), and Ia3d (Q230), as well as hexagonal and multi-lamellar vesicle systems.
