SDRS aggregates and analyzes macroepidemiological RT-qPCR data on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) from U.S. veterinary diagnostic laboratories to monitor detection trends, genotype distributions, seasonal patterns, and specimen-level changes.
