Seq2Feature

Seq2Feature computes sequence-based descriptors for protein and DNA sequences to generate physicochemical, energetic, and conformational features, including mutation matrices and contact potentials, for use in computational biology and machine learning analyses such as distinguishing disease-associated mutations from neutral variants.
