SimpleDSFviewer
SimpleDSFviewer is a software tool designed to assist researchers in analyzing data obtained from differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF) experiments. DSF is a commonly used method for studying protein stability and protein-ligand interactions. This technique involves heating proteins and monitoring changes in fluorescence as they unfold. Data analysis can be challenging, but SimpleDSFviewer simplifies this process by providing a user-friendly interface that integrates several key features, including MC normalization, smoothing, and Tm analysis. These tools allow researchers to efficiently analyze their data and obtain accurate results. SimpleDSFviewer is written in Matlab and is freely available for all users to use in their Matlab workspaces or with the Matlab Runtime. Overall, SimpleDSFviewer is an excellent tool for researchers looking to streamline their DSF data analysis process.
