SouthGreen platform

South Green is a web-based ecosystem of interoperable public databases and analytical workflows supporting genomics research in tropical and Mediterranean crops. It aggregates ~20 information systems and tools spanning gene-centric and marker/variant-centric resources (e.g., comparative genomics and orthology, reverse genetics collections, molecular markers/QTL and maps, NGS-derived SNP/InDel querying, population genetics and GWAS workflows, and large-scale genotype/variant filtering with export). The platform is designed to enable analysis and visualization of high-volume plant genomics datasets across diverse cultivated and orphan species, including banana, cacao, cassava, coconut, coffee, grape, rice, and sugarcane.
