Tomato Genome Browser provides integrated genomic and transcriptomic data for the Solanum lycopersicum cultivar Heinz 1706 (version 2.50) to support functional and structural genome annotation by combining RNAseq tags, Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs), and Tentative Consensus sequences.
