VDJbase

VDJbase provides a database of immunoglobulin (Ig) and T cell receptor (TR) gene genotypes and haplotypes inferred from adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) datasets to support analysis of genetic variation in adaptive immune receptor loci.
