Wolbachia
Wolbachia assembles and annotates the complete circularized 1.3 Mb genome (wHae) of the Wolbachia endosymbiont from the horn fly Haematobia irritans irritans using PacBio long-read and Illumina short-read sequencing to enable comparative genomics and analysis of cytoplasmic incompatibility loci.
