WormQTL2

WormQTL2 provides a searchable database and analysis platform for comparative and meta-analysis of published quantitative trait loci (QTL) and expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) datasets in Caenorhabditis elegans to support systems genetics investigations of genetic influences on trait variation.
