XenoCP
XenoCP removes mouse-derived reads from xenograft next-generation sequencing (NGS) BAM files to produce human-only BAMs for accurate downstream genomic analyses.

- BAM-to-BAM decontamination: Processes BAM files to remove mouse-specific sequences and outputs cleaned human BAM files.
