ABM-TKI

ABM-TKI simulates brain tumor growth and treatment response by integrating an agent-based model of tumor cells with EGFR signaling, a cell-cycle pathway, angiogenesis, and tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) delivery in the tumor microenvironment.
