ADAT
ADAT parses and visualizes proteomic data from SOMAscan™ ADAT files to support quality control and preliminary statistical analysis.
Key Features:
- ADAT parsing: Parses the proprietary text-based ADAT (Adipose Derived Analysis Text) format produced by the SOMAscan™ assay to access proteomic measurements.
- Data visualization: Generates a variety of plots for exploratory visualization of proteomic data.
- Quality control (QC): Provides built-in QC functions to assess data quality and integrity prior to downstream analysis.
- Statistical analysis: Includes integrated statistical functions for preliminary analyses of SOMAscan™ proteomic datasets.
