ADEIP analyzes age-dependent gene expression and immune profiles across human tissues to characterize molecular and immunological changes associated with aging.


Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Data Integration: Consolidates GTEx RNA-Seq datasets comprising 16,704 samples across 30 major tissues grouped into six age ranges (20 to 79 years) and integrates additional datasets including SARS-CoV-2-related and human mesenchymal stem cell–associated gene sets.
  • Dynamic Gene Expression Analysis: Performs genome-wide, age-stratified analyses of gene expression and applies gene set enrichment analysis to identify age-associated pathways and trends.
  • Immune Profile Characterization: Assesses genes from 34 known immune function categories and evaluates immune cell compositions across tissues and age groups to characterize immunological changes with aging.
  • Cross-tissue Comparative Analysis: Enables comparison of age-dependent expression and immune status across multiple tissues to reveal tissue-specific and shared aging signatures.

Methodology:
