ADVP aggregates and harmonizes genetic association data related to Alzheimer's Disease to provide a centralized, annotated repository of variant and association information for research.

- Comprehensive Data Collection: ADVP V1.0 catalogs 6,990 associations across more than 900 loci, over 1,800 variants, and includes data from more than 80 cohorts spanning eight different populations.
- Systematic Review and Harmonization: The platform systematically reviews GWAS publications to extract top genetic associations and harmonizes and annotates them with genomic details.
- Integration with Functional Evidence: ADVP integrates with NIAGADS Alzheimer’s GenomicsDB to cross-reference additional functional evidence related to the genetic variants.
