agReg-SNPdb catalogs regulatory single nucleotide polymorphisms (rSNPs) that alter transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) across cattle, pig, chicken, sheep, horse, goat, and dog to enable analysis of genetic effects on gene regulation.
