AHD2FHIR converts Averbis Health Discovery (AHD) text-analysis output from unstructured EHR documents (clinical notes, surgical reports, discharge summaries) into HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) to produce structured, interoperable data for research and clinical use.
