AHoJ: Apo Holo Protein Search

AHoJ: Apo Holo Protein Search retrieves and aligns apoprotein (unbound) and corresponding holo (ligand-bound) structures from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) to identify and analyze ligand-bound versus unbound conformational states.
