Allen Brain Atlas-API

Allen Brain Atlas-API integrates gene expression, connectivity, and neuroanatomical data across adult and developing mouse, human, and non-human primate brains to enable anatomical mapping of approximately 20,000 genes and cellular-resolution functional genomics.
