Ambit-SLN
Ambit-SLN implements parsing, representation, substructure search, Markush expansion, and format conversion for chemical structures encoded in SYBYL Line Notation (SLN) to support cheminformatics analyses.
Key Features:
- SLN parsing: Parses the full SLN syntax for chemical structures and SLN query strings, including substructure search queries.
- Substructure search and matching: Performs substructure matching using SLN query strings to identify specific structural motifs within datasets.
- Support for macro and Markush atoms: Represents and manipulates macro atoms and Markush atoms within SLN-encoded structures.
- Global and local dictionaries and custom properties: Supports global and local dictionaries and the integration of custom properties into the AMBIT data model.
- Conversion utilities: Converts SLN objects to other chemical formats such as SMILES and SMARTS.
- Markush atom expansion: Expands Markush atoms to generate combinatorial sets of structures for combinatorial chemistry workflows.
