AMRmap provides surveillance and analytical functions for antimicrobial susceptibility data to monitor antibiotic resistance patterns in Russia.


Key Features:

  • Extensive Data Repository: Houses susceptibility data from over 40,000 clinical isolates with annual updates of more than 5,000 new isolates.
  • Smart Data Filtration: Offers data filtration by multiple parameters to enable customized subset analyses.
  • MIC and S/I/R Analysis: Calculates and displays Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) distributions and Susceptible/Intermediate/Resistant (S/I/R) categorizations.

  • Associated Resistance Plots and Prevalence Maps: Generates associated resistance plots and prevalence maps to visualize resistance relationships and geographic distribution.
