ANCA constructs and analyzes amino acid networks from protein structures to characterize residue interactions and network-level properties using energy- and distance-based models.


Key Features:

  • ERCE-Based Network Models: Implements environment-dependent residue contact energy (ERCE)-based models including Amino Acid Contact Energy Network (AACEN), Node-Weighted Amino Acid Contact Energy Network (NACEN), and Edge-Weighted Amino Acid Contact Energy Network (EACEN).
  • C-alpha Distance-Based Model: Constructs C-alpha distance-based networks and extends the distance-based approach for protein–DNA/RNA complexes.
