Animal-SNPAtlas provides a comprehensive database of approximately 499 million high-quality single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) derived from 4,784 samples across 20 animal species to support genetic variation analysis, genotype imputation using high-density reference panels, genome-wide linkage disequilibrium assessment, and functional annotation for genetics, breeding, and conservation research.
