AnimalMetaOmics integrates metagenomic, metatranscriptomic, and metaproteomic data to enable comparative analysis of microbial genomes and microbiomes across non-human animal species.

  • Extensive Data Integration: 55,898 annotated microbial genomes from 581 animal species, including 42,924 bacterial genomes, 12,336 virus genomes, 496 archaeal genomes, and 142 fungal genomes.
  • Multi-Omics Datasets: Integration of metagenomic data with metatranscriptomic datasets from 31 animal species and metaproteomic datasets from four animal species.
  • Functional Gene Annotations: Functional annotations of microbial genes enabling exploration of functional diversity and biological processes within animal-associated microbiomes.
