AnthraxKP
AnthraxKP integrates anthrax-related biomedical literature and extracted entities into an annotated knowledge graph and ontology to support analysis of Bacillus anthracis genes, proteins, vaccines, chemicals, diseases, and species.

- Comprehensive Data Integration: Consolidates data from nearly 8,000 biomedical publications and identifies approximately 14,000 entities across 29 categories, including genes, diseases, chemicals, species, vaccines, and proteins.
- Anthrax-related Entities Dictionary and Anthrax Ontology: Curates identified entities into an Anthrax-related Entities Dictionary and an Anthrax Ontology for structured representation.
- Knowledge Graph Construction (AnthraxKG): Constructs an Anthrax Knowledge Graph comprising over 6,000 nodes, 6,000 edges, and 32,000 properties representing association relationships among entities.
- Automated Entity and Relationship Extraction: Applies text mining to extract entities and relationships from the literature corpus for annotation and graph construction.
- Data Querying and Export: Supports querying the database and downloading data in multiple formats for integration with other bioinformatics workflows.
