Arena3Dweb visualizes multi-layered graphs in three-dimensional space to enable exploration and integration of complex network relationships.
Key Features:
- Interactive 3D Visualization: Visualizes multiple networks simultaneously within a single 3D view and represents both intra-layer and inter-layer connections.
- Customizable Layouts: Provides multiple layout algorithms that can be applied to selected layers individually or in combination.
- Dynamic Manipulation: Supports translation, rotation, and scaling of individual layers and the entire 3D scene.
- Visual Customization: Allows customization of node and edge attributes including colors, positions, and sizes.
- Support for Graph Types: Accommodates weighted and unweighted undirected graphs.

- Biomedical data integration: Integrates heterogeneous biomedical datasets into coherent multi-layer network representations.
