ArrayTrack manages, integrates, and analyzes microarray gene expression data to support toxicogenomics and systems toxicology research.

Key Features:

• MIAME Compliance: Ensures stored microarray experiment metadata and data comply with MIAME (Minimum Information About a Microarray Experiment) standards.
• Library (LIB): Mirrors critical data from public databases and provides access to extensive gene-centric information.
• Microarray Database (MicroarrayDB): Stores detailed MIAME-compliant microarray experiment data for retrieval and analysis.
• Tools (TOOL): Provides a suite of analytical methods to process microarray data stored in MicroarrayDB.
• Data Integration (TIS): Integrates genomic, proteomic, and metabonomic datasets with in vitro and in vivo toxicology data as part of the Toxicoinformatics Integrated System developed by the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR).
• Data Curation and Knowledge Mining: Supports curation aligned with standard ontologies to enable knowledge mining of molecular mechanisms underlying toxicity.
