ArtiaX enables interactive selection, visualization, editing, and export of sub-tomograms within UCSF ChimeraX to support cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) analysis and sub-tomogram averaging.

• Real-Time Editing: Enables real-time setting, modification, and inspection of particle positions and orientations.
• Parallel Visualization: Supports simultaneous visualization of multiple particles across metadata lists for comparative analysis within the tomographic volume.
• Customizable Rendering: Provides particle rendering configurable by color or colormap and supports highlighting classes, groups, and cross-correlation coefficients.
• Export Functionality: Exports selected particle metadata and positions to various file formats for integration with other tools and workflows.
