ASFVdb provides integrated genomic and proteomic data and analyses for African swine fever virus (ASFV), enabling comparative genomics, population genetics, and protein functional and structural characterization.

  • Comprehensive Genomic Annotation: Reannotates known ASFV genes across strains and introduces annotations for 5,352 possible open reading frames (ORFs) in 45 ASFV strains.

  • Functional and Structural Predictions: Provides per-gene functional annotations and structural predictions, including predicted subcellular localization and topology.
