Assignment of DNA and RNA conformers A unified dinucleotide alphabet describing both RNA and DNA structures by Černý et al., was published in Nucleic Acids Research, Vol 48, pages 63667-6381 (2020). The DNA-only ~45 conformers and the ways they were identified is described in the paper by Schneider et al., Acta Cryst D, 74, 52-64 (2018).
