AutozygosityMapper

AutozygosityMapper is aimed at finding human disease-causing DNA variants in consanguineous families - it builds on HomozgyosityMapper and MutationDistiller. It requires only a (multi-sample) VCF file and the specification of affected and unaffected individuals.
