B3Pdb provides a curated database of 1,225 experimentally characterized blood-brain barrier-penetrating peptides annotated with mode of delivery, animal models, in vitro and in vivo assays, chemical modifications, and peptide length to support rational design of therapeutics for central nervous system (CNS) disorders.
