BacMap provides fully labeled, zoomable, and searchable chromosome and plasmid maps with linked gene annotations and layered genomic data for exploring prokaryotic (archaebacteria and eubacteria) genomes, hosting data for over 1700 bacterial species and more than 2800 chromosome and plasmid maps.
