ballaxy
The tool 'ballaxy' is a web-based system for building workflows in structural bioinformatics that connects the BALL framework with the Galaxy workflow framework. It allows the user to create pipelines for applications in structure-based computational biology and is integrated into a standard tool for molecular modeling. ballaxy consists of minor modifications to the Galaxy system, a collection of tools, and an integration into the BALL framework and the BALLView application for molecular modeling.
