barCoder
barCoder generates unique, orthogonal genetic barcodes for quantitative PCR (qPCR) detection to enable specific identification and discrimination of target microbial strains in complex environments.

- Automated Barcode Design: Automates generation of short genetic tags (barcodes) comprising primer and probe binding sites and spacer sequences for genomic insertion.

Methodology:
