ADAMgui

ADAMgui visualizes gene expression and functional analysis results from the ADAM package through interactive plotting of GFAG (Gene-Functional Annotation Group) outputs, differential expression, and foldchange data.

Key Features:

• GFAGtargetUi visualization: Generates plots to observe gene expression behavior for specific GFAGs.
• GFAGpathUi visualization: Generates plots to display differential expression and foldchange features.

Methodology:
